Once you receive a quote: Once you receive a written shipping quote from one of our booking agents, you can simply reply to the email with the FULL Pickup and delivery addresses, phone numbers and requested pickup date.

Open & Sign your Confirmation: You will receive an electronic confirmation where you can enter your credit card details and can electronically sign our terms & conditions.

You will recieve a Bill of Lading or Shipping Label: When we receive your signed confirmation we will send you a Bill of Lading (BOL) document or Shipping Label(s) that you can secure to your shipment.   You should make (3) copies.   (1) for you, (1) for the driver & (1) attached to your shipment.
